Lorraine D. (Kipila) Stilwell

Lorraine D. (Kipila) Stilwell, age 82, of McClellandtown, PA unexpectedly passed away on Friday, February 16th, 2024, in Sterling, Virginia.

She was born on November 3rd, 1941, in Rahway, New Jersey to the late James Edward and Marianne (Dienes) Kipila.

Lorraine was a member of The New Salem Presbyterian Church and assisted with their various fundraisers.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert G. Stilwell and daughter Renee´ L. Miscik.

Lorraine is survived by her daughter Jeannine M. Posey.

Friends will be received in The Dearth Funeral Home 35 South Mill Street New Salem, PA on Sunday from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. Additional visitation will be held on Monday at The New Salem Presbyterian Church 27 South Mill Street New Salem from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM, at which time a Funeral Service will be held with the Rev. William Wiegand officiating.

Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park.
