Max Kaydo Obituary

Max R. Kaydo, age 66, of Uniontown, PA passed away on Tuesday, November 21st, 2023 after a very courageous battle with cancer.

He was born on May 22nd, 1957 in Uniontown, PA

Son of the late Tony and Sallie (Doyle) Kaydo

Max was formerly employed at Isabella Coal Mine and also at Maplecreek Coal Mine.

He was currently employed at Heartland Fabrication in Brownsville, PA.

Max was a true family man, great friend and a mentor to many. He was an avid car and motorcycle enthusiast and always said he was a jack of all trades. Max will be truly missed by all those who knew him.

Max was preceded in death by a brother, Joe Kaydo and his wife Ellie

a sister, Sally Duhon and her husband Rich

brother-in-law, John Cupples

Max is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years: Denise R. (Bertovich) Kaydo

his son: Max A. Kaydo and his wife Donna

two grandchildren: Skylar and Lincoln

sister: Polly Cupples

Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

His dog: Lucy

Friends will be received in The Dearth Funeral Home 35 South Mill Street New Salem, PA on Friday from 2-8PM and on Saturday from 9:00AM until 10:00AM where a Funeral Service will be held with Rev. Fr. Anthony Cortado officiating. Interment will be private for his immediate family only.
